The Nutrichef Digital Water Boiler and Warmer comes with a 5L/5.28 Qt stainless electric hot water dispenser with an LCD display. It has a rotating base, keep warm, auto shut off, safety lock, and instant heating for coffee and tea. It is made up of a 304 Stainless Steel Inner Pot and a 430 Stainless Steel Outer Housing. There is no plastic contact with the water. The LED display does not light up when dispensing water using the manual pump, and it has a temperature select button that will shut off the display at night when held for two seconds. The kettle can take loose tea, but it must be put inside the mesh and then into the machine, or the water will take on the tea's smell. It comes with a short learning curve, but once familiar with the features, it will replace the coffee maker if you're into pour-overs and tea. It is portable, with a built-in handle and a locking lid. Users can dispense water in three different ways, including by using a manual pump, which will still allow it to pump out water even if it's not plugged in. However, one reviewer expressed disappointment after discovering some brown discoloration on the bottom and sides of the kettle, which was discovered after only five days of use. Another reviewer noted that the kettle might not be useful in case of a power outage.
