It has multiple compartments, two pockets at the ends for headsets, a side pouch for Stratus and various other essentials, and a center compartment big enough to hold your manuals and iPad. It also has a designated headset pocket which can hold a Bose headset carrying case. However, it doesn't seem to be waterproof. The bag weighs 3.5 lbs and has external dimensions of 20" H x 13" W x 11.25" D. The inner dimensions of the main pocket are 14.5" H x 11" W x 11.25" D. The bag is manufactured in China.
