The platy bags have a much smaller cap, so only the blue inner portion will press into that opening. It might work, and you also have to check that the opening on the sawyer is the same as the opening on the universal to match the size tube you'll need.

    Answer: Yes, it will. The adapter can be taken apart to fit a variety of bottles.
