إجابه: I had the same problem , and it was VERY EXTREME STINK . I had to throw it away ASAP . to me it’s not normal smell , I’ve used liquid b before other brands and it never smelt like that . B complex usually has an odour but not like what I had . If I were you I’d be cautious . -

إجابه: The dose is 12 drops per day taken in water with food or under the tongue. I found it impossible to judge under the tongue. 12 drops seems a lot from a tiny 15ml bottle, but they are tiny drops of unknown quantity. I estimate the bottle lasts almost a month. -

إجابه: There is 100 mg of folate as methylfolate in 4 drops in the Nutrisorb Methyl B Complex. However, Methylfolate is at about 3 times more bioavailable than folic acid, therefore, you would require less to achieve the same results.
