Ricardo Beverly Hills Carry-Ons 105-25-020-4VP Editorial Review
The Ricardo Montecito 25 Soft Side Spinner Luggage has garnered a mixed reception among customers, with a tendency towards dissatisfaction primarily due to issues with durability and quality. While some users appreciate its spacious design, ample pockets, and smooth handling, many lament severe quality control failures, particularly with zippers and handles. Multiple reviews detail frustrating experiences where zippers have broken or become unusable after minimal use, with one customer mentioning that their luggage's main pocket zipper completely ripped off, rendering the bag effectively unusable. Problems with the wheels, including one user experiencing a wheel falling off entirely, further contribute to the overall discontent. Overall, the contrast between the bag's initial appeal and subsequent performance has left many customers questioning the reliability of the Ricardo brand, which they previously held in high regard. Despite a handful of positive remarks highlighting the luggage's design and functional features, these praises are overshadowed by significant complaints and disappointments about the product's durability after minimal use. Given the concerns raised about the Construction quality and reliability, potential buyers may want to Consider other options or check for updated models before committing to a purchase. **
