Sonew Light Switches Editorial Review
The Smart Switch and Smart Light Switch have garnered a mixed reception from customers. On one hand, users appreciate its aesthetic appeal and easy installation process. The ability to control the switches remotely via an app and through voice commands is seen as a significant advantage, providing convenience and modernity to home lighting systems. However, several customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the physical buttons on the switch. They found the buttons unresponsive, requiring more force than expected to turn the light on or off. While the smart features of the switch enhance usability, the performance of the buttons detracts from the overall user experience. Despite these drawbacks, many users acknowledge that the primary function of the switch—turning lights on and off—is still achieved effectively, albeit with a less-than-ideal manual interaction. This combination of modern capabilities contrasted with physical limitations results in a product that, while innovative, could benefit from improvements in button responsiveness. **
